BuyIt Ventures is an equity development firm with an equity development fund. The fund creates and funds new companies by partnering with technical experts in their space — ranging from home services and food service to software and real estate.
By helping develop new companies, we can offer a wide range of services across the portfolio — a self-propagating loop of businesses aligned by shared values and resources. We work with people who have already started, or want to start, a business in their field: operators who know and care, at the helm, with our resources to handle everything else.
We scale these operations toward one of two outcomes — a future exit, or a long-haul investment in the core idea.
Goldenmind Productions is a creative company built across four segments: artist and creative development, events, merchandise, and social-media marketing.
Artist development focuses on music facilitation — both in-house and through contracted deals with artists — creating a path for an independent artist to have everything they need to build. Events cover a wide range of production and coordination for in-house needs.
Merchandise gives artists a platform to design their own product lines and either sell them on-platform or buy in bulk for wholesale. Social-media marketing provides the people behind the work — camera operators, video production staff, and social-media management — all under one roof.
Vona Food is a real-food company. It runs a meal-prep service across roughly a thirty-mile radius of the Fredericksburg area, and offers limited private-event catering to get full use out of the kitchen.
The brand is built on freshness: never frozen. We receive the product, prep and par-cook, package, and ship our meal-prep kits — all within two days before the customer receives them.
BuyIt Acquisitions is the real-estate investment arm of BuyIt Ventures. It focuses on finding value-add and rental opportunities in residential dwellings and commercial real estate — to either sell or add to the portfolio.
In time, it will also help provide services to BuyIt Ventures partners.

Fledge Software is building a unified ecosystem of apps, letting small businesses pick and choose the tools that are right for them.
The first is a Growth Engine: for a flat monthly fee, it automates review requests, referral asks, repeat-service prompts, and win-back campaigns over SMS and email, by the owner's choice.
Planned developments include FledgePOS — a point-of-sale app that grows into financial processing for small businesses at a simple per-transaction platform fee, with invoicing options across different kinds of businesses.
Visionary Labs is a full-service suite in brick-and-mortar locations: studio and set space, an audio recording studio for creative projects, a co-working area with a small cafe, and rentable office space on varying contract lengths, from one to twelve people.
The model is built for young entrepreneurs — a place to network and create. The spaces can also accommodate mid-to-large events, catered in-house.

Meditation Station is a gym franchise that operates small gyms within other developments — providing equipment and space to monthly subscribers for health and fitness.
